Omaha (Saint Cecilia) Cathedral
We learned at this cathedral is the fifth biggest in the USA. It has two enormous steeples, which tower high over the city and can be seen from almost anywhere.

Something Different - Head to the Fontenelle Forest
I was so surprised when we discovered the Fontenelle Forest. It is huge and covers something like 1500 acres, so you can only begin to imagine how big it is. We walked along a popular boardwalk and along a scenic hiking trail. We found a small gift shop and bought a cuddly toy and some postcards, as a souvenir of our day in the forest.

About the Casinos (Riverboats)
If you hear people talking about the riverboats, then they will probably be referring to the casinos. A couple of the biggest casinos are actually floating on the Missouri River.

Omaha Zoo / Henry Doorly Zoo
Come to Henry Doorly Zoo like we did. What a brilliant time we had. There was so much here and so much rooms for all of the animals. We particularly liked the Hubbard Gorilla Valley and the Siberian tigers in the Cat Complex. And then of course there was the Orangutan Forest, and the Desert Dome, and the... well, you'll just have to come and see for yourself!
